ATTENTION TO ALL HONDA CIVIC AND FIT OWNERS

We have had several cases where a few or all four tires have been stolen from cars during the night.  All the cases involve Honda Civics and Fits.  From talking to area car dealers, it appears the thieves are targeting the Honda rims.  Please be alert and look out for your neighbors.  Ask them to do the same.  A simple precaution is to purchase a set of wheel locks from any auto parts store.

For more information, contact the 19th District Community Policing Office at 312.744.5574 or CAPS019district@chicagopolice.org.
