The city provides the following services for trees: tree and bush debris removal, tree planting on the public way, tree removal for dead or diseased trees located on the public way, and tree trimming for trees located on the public way.

 

These services can be accessed online through the Service Request Description page at the City's 311 AT YOUR SERVICE web site. Click here to access this page and scroll down to select Tree Debris, Tree Planting, Tree Removal, or Tree Trim.

 

Certain information must be provided to complete these request:

Debris removal: Is the amount larger than a desk and where is the debris located.

Tree Planting: Address and location of where the tree needs to be planted, how many trees you want planted, and whether a tree has been planted at this address recently.

Tree Removal: The address at which the tree is located and the location of the tree to be inspected (parkway, in the alley or in a City-owned vacant lot).

Tree Trim: Indicate why you feel the tree needs to be trimmed (i.e., it's shading the street lights, trim dead branches, trim low branches over the sidewalk or street, clear branches away from the roof or windows of the house, etc.)
